Ho utilizzato il noleggio Lime per due mesi usufruendo del pass mensile per non pagare gli scatti, mi sono trovato bene e non ho mai avuto problemi di addebito. Alla fine mi sono comprato un monopattino personale per convenienza però devo dire che per l'utilizzo che ne facevo ero soddisfatto delle prestazioni. Purtroppo devo dire che il servizio clienti secondo me è inesistente, dovrebbero gestire meglio e controllare i monopattini che spesso sono raggruppati in maniera non omogenea o addirittura i furbetti li parcheggiano in zone private senza essere a disposizione....

naja. Lime hat von allen E-Scootern die mit Abstand geringste Beschleunigung. Auf der Webseite steht nicht, in welchen Städten es E-Bikes gibt. Auf der Webseite von Bolt gibt es diese Infos. Die E-Bikes sind nur für kurze Strecken interessant, nicht für mehrstündige Ausflüge. Sie kosten 1€ + 0,27€/min, also knapp 17€/Stunde. Bei nextbike und Donkey Republic kosten sie nur 2€/Stunde. Hab keine Antwort auf eine Frage per Direct Message auf Insta bekommen.

Die Roller von Lime sind leider sowohl preislich als auch von der technischen Seite nicht empfehlenswert. Zu teuer und die Konkurrenz ist einfach meilenweit besser.

Also ich fahre immer nur wenn ich den brauche aber ich ergere mich weil es nicht bis da wo ich wohne geht das heisst wohne in Neuss-Griemlinghausen und die Limes gehen nur bis Neuss-Gnadental Gibt es nicht die Möglichkeit die Grenzen zu vergrößern? Ich wäre 100 %zu Frieden wenigstens zu vergrößern...damit meine ich die Bonnerstr. In Grimlinghausen ...bedanke mich in Voraus ... und denke in Grimlinghausen sind bestimmt mehrere Leute die Fahren möchten bis dahin

Second ride broke down because of a flat battery. So you have to find another moped ( the other brands like Tier seem to supply Berlin much better ) and then continue the ride, with yet another starting fee. Complaining at Custumer Service that you CONTINUED your ride and not started a new one with new starting fee, seemed useless ( after they “ reviewed the proof “…….) Last ride I started a group again with my son and 2 mopeds. Again a battery died. I stopped the ride ( being the host ) but was unable to start a new ride with another ( finaly found ) moped “ because I was still in a group ride…..” All in all, i had to stop the entire group ride, and start another group ride, again by being charged 2 starting fees. Customer service person 1 Sulyma T. wants to compensate but needs your account details, after supplying those to person 2 Thelma P. she “ reviews the details “ and gives you the middle finger. All costs are charged from your Lime account or credit card. ** All in all not trustworthy and a total lack of Customer Satifaction Guaranted . A very expensive firm to use when you want to be all hip-and-happening in Berlin ** ( after my posted review ? ….. ) i had a second contact with Tatiana, and my entire 2nd ride was refunded for €25 so I changed the rating, title and edited ** the text a little bit. Rides quickly add up. Better to decide to take a 24 hour rent for € 9,99. Which today we are going to do. Tnx to Sulima
