Lime Scooter beschädigt parkendes Auto und die Schadensregulierung wird abgelehnt!

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen sehr unseriöser Anbieter habe mich dort angemeldet und 3 Freunde geworben mit einem link wo ivh hätte 5€ pro geworbene Kunden bekommen wenn dieser eine Fahrt durchführt. Alle 3 haben sich einen Roller genommen mit mir zusammen bis heute keine Gutschrift, trotz Meldung beim Kunden Service

Der letzte Mist. Fahrt lässt sich selbst in stark bewohnten Gebieten nicht beenden. Roller funktioniert schlecht, Bremsen fast unmöglich. MIR WIEDER!!!

7 bikes booked today for 2 rides. Almost an hour wasted reaching 5 different booked bikes which had first no inner tube on the front, 2 with missing barcodes and 2 which were just not there (probably hidden in flats). Of the 2 i did get the first had no power and no right hand brake, the second just had no power. First, sort this barcode issue, its so basic and its i reaching epidemic levels in London. Second, your maintenace is way poor since you have launched the scooters. Guessing you haven't increased your workforce but split them. Poor. You were good once, can you please try again?

I love using Lime bikes in London when they work and they charge correctly but this is sadly not the everyday experience any longer. Very significant numbers of the bikes have QR codes removed by vandals (I guess) so they appear to be available but can't be used also I am routinely being charged penalty parking fees which are not due but I have to go through and raise a complaint when they should never be abusing customers trust by charging incorrectly.

Es ist zwar interessant, aber sooooo überteuert. Bin 9 Minuten gefahren und hab fast 4 Euro gezahlt… das ist es echt nicht wert.

We had a terrible experience in 3 ways. we tried to rent 4 vehicles but the 4th was 'not allowed' (reasons unknown to me). So we wanted to cancel all. One was 'not in an official parking spot' although we didn't even touch it. 2 we tried for 20 meters. after moving that one a meter all was okay. BUT the bill was already 16 euro. after 15 minutes frustration. Then I cancelled all, made a mail to discontinue account. I did get an answer from helpdesk but they could't find the email or tel number of the account. i proved what it was and they accepted that. BUT, now a month later they still took 5 euro from the credit card!. They also did send a message with an excuses we had a bad experience but instead of sending the 16 back it is one euro. So they still didn't fix anything..... to be continued
