If I could give 0 stars, I would. I decided to take a Lime bike to work for fun and see how quick it would be, but when I wanted to end my ride and look for a designated parking area, the app was frozen and wouldn't work despite restarting several times. I tried to just park the bike, which of course wouldn't work since I wasn't in a parking area, and now the electric bike function turned off. So then I had to drag the bike around until I could see some other Lime bikes parked together, which I then assumed to be a designated parking area. When I put the bike there, I STILL couldn't use the app, so I had to stand there for 15min waiting, after which I could finally end my ride. I then contacted costumer service about getting a refund for the time wasted (approximately 20min) trying to park the stupid bike, but they said it is against company policy and instead he could offer 25% coupon. As if I am ever using Lime again after this. It cost me 91kr to do a 15min bike ride, I might as well have taken a taxi. Pathetic and a total scam, no wonder they have 1 star on Trustpilot.

zwei Sterne dafür, dass die von Uber aufgekauften Bikes so großartig sind. Ansonsten: Viele Bikes kaputt und werden trotzdem angezeigt, d.h. stundenlanges Rumlaufen und suchen. Trotzdem den vollen Preis kassieren, wenn man schließlich mit einem motorlosen Bike fahren muss, weil man irgendein Gefährt braucht. Kann man leider überhaupt nicht einplanen, ist reine Glückssache, wenn man mal ein funktionierendes erwischt. Bei Support-Anfragen bekommt man standardisierte Antworten, die nichts mit dem Thema zu tun haben.

I continue to be charged for a service that I no longer use . More than 10 emails sent to me saying they will contact me but never do . Avoid this company at all costs. Get lime out of Kensington & Chelsea ! Time for a better service from an honest company .

Terrible experience in Lisbon. Felt totally ripped off. Tried a group ride for two people. Very confusing to set up. One scooter didn't work. Took it back to where we collected it from but it took ages to cancel the ride because it wasn't in the "right place". Meanwhile the clock kept ticking which meant we were charged €7.50 for a non-ride! Use at your peril!

They triple-charged me and won't issue a refund after one week and four emails. I now have to issue a formal complaint with Visa to get my money back. I won't use them again

This website does not allow zero stars, the most appropriate rating. Lime is aiming for a listing. It is clearly refusing to pay for maintenance, locating its so-called phone support in offshore call centers (no doubt to ensure its workers can be grossly underpayed at the expense of the top management), and has an outrageously high fee scale which fails on all fronts to encourage cycling. In fact cyclists are charged more if they cycle more slowly, so no concern for safety, and more for longer duration, so no interest in promoting health. This is a horrific business model and typifies everything that is wrong with the exploitative gig economy. Consumers and employees exploited ruthlessly.

If I could give them zero, I would. Avoid them at all costs. The GPS on the scooter is useless, the app is useless and the customer service team are useless. This is the third time I've had this issue of ending my ride. When I take the scooter to a designated parking spot that's marked with P, the app keeps repeating the same thing: you are not allowed to park here, even though there are 10 other scooters parked there. The worst thing is, while this is all happening, the clock is running and you are charged by the minute. After 5-10 minutes, I looked around for another parking zone. Luckily, that one was accepted. I contacted them three times and got no reply, so I am writing this review after deleting the app. I'm using Dott instead. The only reason I took the lime scooter was because all the Dott scooters were taken. Now I know why. Lime scooters are absolutely garbage. You have been warned.

Reine abzocke. Für den Preis kamm man den Roller nirgendwo abstellen, empfehle allen auf andere roller umzusteigen wie tier der überall abgestellt werden kann oder bird der sehr günstig ist für 30min fahren 4€
