LhanelReviews of lhanel.co

Lhanel's reformer board and customer service has been amazing for me! I truly appreciate them hands down! First of all, the equipment is effective, durable, and simple. I LOVE all the attachments and additional items that can come with the board; they absolutely increase the ease and comfort factor! (I've purchased everything offered. XD) My first order was missing a gift card that was supposed to come with my purchase. Upon contacting customer service, I was met with an extremely kind and swift response! Belle, Eunice, and Kris were the employees I encountered, and I only wished all representative encounters were that quick! They reached an effortless solution PRONTO! 20/10! I will 100% be recommending ALL of Lhanel's products to everybody! :)

I lost my access to the training videos, so I emailed customer support. They got back to me very quickly and helped with everything I needed.

It’s very great experience I’m so glad

When i started reading the negative reviews I was getting very nervous about it arriving. The delivery didnt come as expected as I ordered a coupld of days before Christmas, I emailed for an update, the customer service team were very helpful and apologised for the delay and could update me on the arrival. Getting onto the machine it self it is great and really pushes you. I don't like going to them gym so this machine is absolutely perfect for a home workout, you can even tuck it anywhere which is also very helpful.

This is an updated review from my original weeks ago. It took maybe a dozen emails to finally get a response from someone, they finally agreed to issue me a refund after over 6 weeks of waiting on the item. They claimed to have issued a refund days ago, however the receipt they claimed to be mine proving they refunded me, was a different order and not mine. They continued to reassure me the refund was on its way, but the product they were issuing a refund for was not even what we had originally ordered so they scammed us yet again.

The equipment is great. I do wish there were more workout routines to increase knowledge of what I can do on the equipment

I was skeptical at first because I've been scammed in the past by other companies. When my product didn't arrive immediately because it's the holiday season and this is a small business, I grew upset and even contacted my credit union. After doing my research, I was highly surprised when it arrived. It's not a bad deal though. I've already gradually been building strength with this Pilates Reformer board. The fact I find the board even useable is incredible. I started by doing sets of 5 of certain exercises, then in a couple days could already do 20. I'm really happy it eventually came. I don't have gym access because I don't have a car and no work out buddies. This is cheaper and more convenient than what I would spend buying rides to the gym. If I see major results, I'll post pics on instagram and tag the company. Thank you for being part of my fitness journey. As someone who is disabled with autism, fibromyalgia, etc. it means a lot I found a form of exercise that I can still do without it being a hardship.

They sent me the wrong item, yet a return will cost $50-$70. I asked them for an exchange but they said they upgraded to a newer product, which isn't true because it is an inferior product with less features. This new product is nowhere to be seen on there site or socials. 02/02/2025 After writing this review, the customer service team were very helpful and dealt with the issue very swiftly. I recieved my board today and I am very happy with my product. Thank you
