My step rocker broke six months after I got it and they graciously sent a replacement. Their customer support is wonderful. They responded quickly and were very easy to communicate with. Most importantly, they stand by their products.

I love my rock stepper. After 6 months of use it broke and they were kind enough to send me a replacement even though I was outside of my warranty time. It’s small and fun and also a great workout

This experience includes mixed feelings. The product is great, i'm very happy with it. The customer service team is very responsive, and mostly helpful. The biggest negative was the length of time between the initial order, and the shipping time. It took over 2 weeks for my order to actually ship. There was no mention of the item being out of stock or anything like that. Once shipped, it was lost in transit, and the customer service team was helpful, and sent a replacement item. Overall, in the end, my experience was positive, but had some frustration early on.

Exceptional customer service,I cannot rate them highly enough. They totally went to all lengths to help me when I lost an item during a move. I am extremely grateful for everything they have done for me. Customer service are very kind, helpful and patient. I’ve bought the Pilates board, and stepper from them. Thank you for everything ☺️

The design of the machine is the best I have ever used for glutes, core and legs. I have been using it three times a day using two different stances, and it has already developed my quads and glutes. It is not hard for my knees and that is what deters me from going higher doing squats. But, no longer need too. Men, with flat butts will love this:

I bought it on marketplace so I won't be able to talk about the customer service BUT I love the product! 1 year postpartum and I have tried a bunch of at home exercising to help rebuilt muscle in my knees and down there area. I have always been a "fit" person and pregnancy and delivery made me feel like a 70 years old person just to go up a few steps. I did a lot of HIIT exercise with lunging and squats but nothing made such a huge difference as the rock stepper. At first my knee were painful but I let them rest and kept going and it made my knee and the muscle in between way stronger. My knees stopped clicking and its WAY easier to get up from the floor and I can finally climb up the stairs without thinking about it. Highly recommend to rebuild muscles postpartum. I just do 15 min. Twice or three times a week and it made a huge difference.

I ordered my first rock stepper in 2025. It took a while to get here, but every time I asked about its shipping, the team was good to reply. I love my rock stepper. Use it very often. As of this week, something broke on it, and when I emailed them and sent a picture, they replaced it. Even though I was past my warranty period. I’m very impressed with their customer service. And I love their product.
