This is an updated review from 1/29/25. After many emails and text messages my request that a refund be honored based on the company’s 100% satisfaction guarantee was finally resolved by Kris from the support team. I agreed to update my review once the refund was in my account. I did suggest to them that they re-evaluate their design and that they also make it a consistent practice to honor their refund policy promptly. I’m not sure if I got lucky that ”Kris” took my complaint seriously and did something. Either way they did honor their refund policy.

I’m really impressed with this! I have joint issues and this is exactly what I was looking for, and great price. So far I feel definitely worth the money.

Amazing fast response great customer service

The reformer is nice. I’m looking forward to exercising on it. I’m a little disappointed though. I didn’t receive the phone holder and the machine is different than what’s pictured on the website. It doesn’t have certain features that I was expecting. Like the notches in the middle of the board for handles.

Decided to cancel within the first 24 hours of ordering which it stated you could do for full refund. I have tried emailing multiple times and they offer a refund of 15% then 30% but not the full thing. A week later they are ignoring my emails and I can’t claim via bank because it hasn’t been 15 days. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! SCAMMERS!!!

The board is fantastic! There’s so many different ways to workout with it, it’s easy to use, and it’s a great change to a regular workout routine. I am very excited to keep up my workouts and start to see my results soon! The company is great with communicating when the order was being shipped, and for dealing with any problems. I am super impressed with their level of professionalism and customer service. I definitely recommend!
