I love the rock stepper I got from Lhanel a few months ago and I use it all the time. A couple of weeks ago, one of the rubber pieces broke that helps control the tension. I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do about it and in exactly 1 week, I had a brand new rock stepper! It is so nice to do business with a company that truly stands behind their product.

This is a great exercise item that I can do in the privacy of my own home whenever I want. There was an issue with my unit and Llhanel Customer Service handled it to my satisfaction immediately.

I will say it did take a few weeks for it to arrive. 5 weeks to be exact. I emailed them several times and response time was great. Customer service was good because they answered my emails in a timely manner. The Rock Stepper is what I purchased and it came with everything intact and ready to use. It looks and feels like good quality and is light weight. While using it I noticed it does walk a little bit on its own but not much. The instruction manual I think could have a little more information, but I guess you can go on line to get that. I just started my workout today and I did feel it after 5 mins. So far I love it!! I got mine in black Overall 4 stars, because no one gets 5 there is always room for improvement. Will definitely order from them again

I enjoy using the Rockstepper and the customer service is great! My rocker broke after the 30 day return window and the company was kind enough to still replace it. I appreciate the oppurtunity to continue seeing if the rockstepper will help me build back my glutes after an injury! Thank you!

First of all, this is my new obsession and I absolutely love this compact, small space friendly apparatus. And it's fun! Genuinely enjoy using it. But beyond the product itself, the real star is the customer service of this company. So kind and supportive and super responsive. Five stars on that alone!

Soon after I received my Rock Stepper, I discovered a small manufacturing flaw. I reached out to the company, and after a quick, straightforward investigation and purchase confirmation, they sent me a new one! No hassle, no need to ship back the flawed unit. They were great. I'm looking forward to using this product.

My order was not even shipped and other than email, they are unreachable. Yet they charged my credit card before it was shipped. I’ve never had any vendor do that before. I contacted my credit card company to remove the charge. Order 270707. You should have my email address.
