We have been using Lever for a couple of months now and are very happy with the product. The product itself is mature enough to make it a great ATS, and the new product features continue to make it among (if not the) best ATS going. The biggest pro's that we have seen is improved candidate experience, hiring manager engagement, and efficiency moving people though our interview process. I have not seen any ATS to be a true sourcing tool, but they do have an excellent plug in that makes importing candidates super easy. I highly recommend Lever.

Clear Capital has been using Lever for over a year since they launched their beta version. We are technology oriented company trying to stay on the bleeding edge of technology and we also build SaaS platform applications with a huge focus on design driven development. We relate to Lever because of its crisp and clean desing. It is very functional and gets stuff done. We love the ability it provides us to collaborate with our hiring stakeholders and the integration with our Google Apps environment is wonderful. Coming from the world of Taleo, iCIMS, SuccessFactors and JobVite, I could not see myself going back. Great job Lever!

As a fast growing startup, we needed a platform to create structure with our hiring process. Lever has greatly improved the experience for hiring managers and candidates. It's also been a great communication tool for hiring with our team.

Lever's been a significant time savings for our team, the configuration options let us automate many parts of our complex hiring process. my only gripes are that its still somewhat limited in configuration options. I'd like to see the dev team working on improving that vs. expanding to new offer template features since we still believe in hand delivering offers to complete the close and we use Zenefits for offer letters anyway (although Lever's offer letter template is way better and easier) Zenefits if you are paying attention, get your dev act together, people are coming to eat your lunch.

Beautiful product and the best interview tool around

When I started here I was the 10th employee and we brought on The Resumator (now Jazz) as it was very affordable. The problem was that my hiring managers never used it and refused to leave notes/comments. Although the system was "pretty", it wasn't built for a company like ours where developers will flat out ignore a tool that isn't built well. Knowing the system is only as good as the information that's added, it was important for me to have my hiring managers' buy-in to encourage their note taking and comments. Lever was the unanimous selection. We have now grown to 80 employees and the proof is in the use of the tool. I've never seen hiring managers and recruiters so responsive and thorough in their use of an ATS before. If you want pretty colors and flashing lights, this isn't the tool for your company. If you want a seamless process and architecture that even your developers will appreciate, without spending a fortune, Lever is by far the best option. Pros: *integrates with Namely (our HRIS), Slack and other tools *The @ feature is amazing for communication *Reports are robust *our Account Manager Andrew has been a huge help Cons: *the calendar sync is a bit wonky. It adds 3 invites which has made our calendars very busy. *the email templates do not generate a signature *the Lever extension still hasn't worked for us with Stack Overflow or Indeed.

Amazing UX. Easy workflows. Great reporting. Hands down the best ATS I've used.
