What we appreciated most about Lever is its flexibility in data and privacy management, adapting well to the specific requirements of different countries. However, the unified pipeline presents challenges, as it forces us to include certain steps only relevant in specific regions. This setup requires HR to manually manage candidate movement through each stage, as delegating this to hiring managers could lead to confusion with steps unique to certain countries, potentially complicating the hiring process.

Ally from Lever was great as our Implementation Specialist. She is personable, knowledgeable and worked towards our tight timeframes efficiently, driving forward the process. We went live with hardly any issues. Lever is a great ATS, I highly recommend. Thank you Ally for all your support.

We just finished our Lever implementation. We switched from JazzHR. Overall things went very smoothly, despite our implementation specialist leaving the company a week before our go-live date. Ally, our new IS was great and kept things moving. She gave us add'l time where needed and made sure our implementation went and smoothly as possible,

Great software, my team have been really active using it

Lever makes it really easy to fill in feedback forms while pulling up the candidate's resume in the same screen so you can keep inputting notes while cross referencing their resumes. Having to cancel an entire interview to change the feedback form is a bit of a hassle. Not being able to also do a mix of bullet points and paragraphs when creating a job makes it a bit tricky as well but we are looking forward to seeing what else Lever has to offer as we start using it.

Lever is a great tool for organizing and managing high-volume or niche recruitment pipelines. It also integrates well with complementary tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and various tech assessment platforms. Also, Ally Nguyen in implementation was awesome support! I am looking forward to future improvement in the data analytics capabilities of the platform. In its current state, the user experience does not feel intuitive or easy to navigate. One thing to consider would be how a recruitment manager would seek to track their team's progress. I know it's in its early stages so can't wait to see future releases!

What do you like best? There is a separate tab to raise requisitions that allows us to make sure it's approved before a job is posted. The ability to customize the interview feedback forms using metric based systems. Easy Book app is a great feature and has taken over a previous similar paid app that we were using. If you ever get stuck for whatever reason, the help center covers almost every aspect and is well written and easily understood
