Lever is fine!
Lever is a fine piece of software if you are an SME looking to get your first ATS. Similar to it's competitors (ie. Greenhouse), it offers a clean interface that is easy to navigate and set up your recruitment foundations on. As your recruitment process and org gets more complex, you will begin to hit limitations with Lever. We've found that additional customizability is nonexistent beyond what's planned in their product road map, and support for critical issues can take a long time to resolve (4 - 7 days). Work with your teams to understand the strategic direction of your recruitment org, and what software you want to implement in your technology stack. Lever is a good piece of software to get started on, and they have some strong people on their team.
