I'm a huge fan of Lever - having used greenhouse, jobvite, sonic, homegrown systems. The team is responsive, incredibly smart, and pushes the level of innovation for recruiting and reporting metrics. The platform is intuitive, clean, and candidate-centric so you cut down the redundancy of aligning to reqs, searching through them, etc. Focus on candidate experience is key to win in this game, and Lever sets you up for that.

Lever is to ATS systems what the iPhone was to cell phones. Lots of other players were making small incremental improvements (think the Blackberry keyboard) but nobody was willing to start from scratch and truly innovate. Lever has innovated. It's easy to use and has lots of good features. It's super collaborative and the feedback tools are great. There are definitely some kinks to work out but they are SUPER responsive and receptive to feedback which is awesome. These guys are well on their way to a 5 star rating, for sure. And especially knowing the other nightmarish systems that are out there, holy smokes, this is a breath of fresh air.

Lever's seamless GMail integration and flexible tagging and search systems make it the first Applicant Tracking System I've used that hasn't made me want to give up and cram everything into a spreadsheet. The support team are also responsive and friendly.
