I have a small dog who destroyed this toy in 24 hours, very poor quality, does not live up to advertising,DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY they offered to replace but I insisted on a full refund as why would I want another rubbish product

Again, terrible quality. Wish I'd read reviews before!

Ordered goods on 23 July and still not arrived. No tracking details. 4 emails to customer care and response. I think this is a scam site. Ordered through instagram - should be shut down

I bought their "indestructible toy for heavy chewers" and of course, within 10 minutes, my 7 month old puppy destroyed it. I wrote to them 3 days ago and have not heard from them. They also have a money back guarantee if item becomes defective within 60 days. I strongly doubt I will ever see my money back. No need to say, I strongly do not recommend this vendor.

Definitely not the dogs bollxxx!! Bought 3 balls which are chargeable y usb lead and bounce round on their own for dog to play with. The dog in the video advertising them was a golden retriever. The balls arrived 15 days later and are far too small for my dog who is a Labrador retriever. There was no size choices or warnings only in the delivered package. I have emailed support and no answer. Don't use this company read all the reviews like I should have done.

Utter rubbish. Shipped from China. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Interactive ball that was advertised as being suitable for a dog. Not suitable for a dog. Dangerous. Sharp plastic that can be destroyed in seconds. £14 in the bin.

awful my dobby destroyed this indestructible bear in less than three minutes. they also claim that it’s made in US, but it came from China and took almost 3 weeks for it to arrive. Somebody needs to shut this company down for missleading. It’s literally fraud what they’re doing. They better return my money

My 7 year old lab had this bear for 5 min and destroyed it . Please issue a refund Karl Dewyngaert
