I ordered a slow eating treat toy crocodile. Should’ve read the reviews on here first! I’ve sent 2 emails asking about tracking, given a link which acknowledges order but says no tracking information given. When I sent second email challenging this, got same standard reply as before. It was then I realised this is a scam company. I will try to claim back via Apple Pay. Don’t know if I’ll ever receive the order and how long to wait before claiming??

I purchased the indestructible bear received it and within two hours my puppy had completely destroyed it I have contacted the company via email several times giving my phone number and email address to receive a response and to this date I have received no response. I took a picture of the delivery day and I took a picture of my puppy playing with the toy next thing I know there is stuffing all over the place very disappointed will never recommend anyone buying items from this store

16 days since ordering, no item and no despatch email. The tracking tool says no tracking available. A scam.

Don't waste your money. Product was nothing like the size in the advert. These people are scammers, so annoyed because I'm usually so careful.

If I could give a worse rating I would. My dog had the belly stitching out in less than an hour and the bear completely destroyed in 3 hours. What a huge waste of money. I'll be expecting a refund
