Don’t buy from this store ! It ships from china and takes a month to get. I bought a bouncing ball for my dog and within 15 minutes she had already chewed through through the outer cover and it was broken. Complete junk! I tried to contact customer service for a refund and all the wanted to do is send me a replacement. I wouldn’t give this garbage to my pet again !

I bought this for 20 dollars on instagram, took 3.5 weeks to deliver. Customer service never got back to me. Once the toy arrive my dog destroyed it within 5 minutes! Horrible, dont waste your money

Buyer beware!! This is a scam. My package has been in a holding depot for over a month. I've contacted the company twice just to receive a "we're monitoring the situation" email that isn't even signed (just has [your name] at the end). They won't refund my money so at this point I'm just calling it a loss.

Goods not as advertised. Dog toy broke within five minutes despite apparently being indestructible having been made with ‘special’ material. Could not get refund from Lettuce pets but Barclaycard kindly refunded my payment. Total scam. Avoid.

Received yesterday their indestructible teddy says made with 3 layers of fabric, please don’t believe what they advertise, this is complete rubbish, within 5 minutes of coming out of packet destroyed by my staffy DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY get a £2 toy lasts same length of time!

This company is a scam don’t waste your money. They never send my order and when I emailed them they just kept telling me to look in different places. After emailing them 3 times they never replied and after a month and a half I never got my dog toy. All the other reviews say that their products suck so even if I got it I wouldn’t have been satisfied. This company sucks wish I could give them negative stars.

I finally received my order after a month of waiting and it was everything I wanted. My dogs love them. I only have small dogs that love to chew on the corn 🌽 and the crocodile 🐊. I gave them a 4 star due to the long wait but very happy.

An ABSOLUTELY APPALLING COMPANY Save your money and use somebody else. Not professional DEFINATELY not speedy service. A black hole of POOR SERVICE. Please don't go through the waiting and frustration that we are experiencing. ALL the other reviews should tell you something- wished I looked on trustpilot first
