ordered product never received it

I wish I had checked this website before ordering. Like other shoppers, I have waited a month for a dog toy. They say it was delivered but I never received. I have asked repeatedly for a refund, but they are dragging their feet. Do not do business with this company!

Wish I’d checked here first. I bought the indestructible bear. Was ok for a week. Now just a total wreck. I was going to try and get my money back but after reading the later reviews here, I’m not going to waste my time. I may try and get my money back through my credit card.

AVOID BUYING FROM THEM. it’s just going to be a waste of TIME and MONEY. Total scammers.. I ordered this August 2025. they charge my account for product bought but never delivered the product. I inquired but no answer.

Indestructible dog toy destroyed in 30 seconds. Can't believe I didn't check out these fraudsters. Not holding my breath for a refund. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this heartless beasts

Goods not as advertised. Dog toy was destroyed within 3 days despite apparently being indestructible having been made with ‘special’ material- my one year old pup had no issues tearing it apart. They want to offer me partial refund 🤔$8.25 to be exact. Like what ?? Noo I want my full refund back. Not worth it - a scam and customer service sucks. Btw I’m still gonna fight for my full refund !!
