Scam companie!!!

Horrible. It’s been a month. No order. These places need to stop ripping people off.

Another example of a rip off. Ordered 2 unreal bears and waited an inordinate amount of time to receive them. Both bears were toast in less than 5 minutes. Requested a refund and they will not honor their refund gargantuan. Don’t buy from this company.

The moment it arrived (after 6 weeks) I knew I’d been scammed. Took less that 3 minutes for my frenchie to pull off an arm. Within 15 mins the whole thing was completely destroyed. Lettucepets are liars, basically.

I ordered my product several weeks ago, and have never received it. I feel cheated and will not order from this company again.

Scam products, don’t buy any from them

Absolute scam. Ordered the indestructible bear and was destroyed within 10 mins. Same as others, was offered a $10 credit then a replacement. No surprise they've gone silent on email as soon as a refund was requested.

I had to give them one star to be able to write this review!!! Products sold by this company are RUBBISH!!! I asked for a refund for an order for the TMBear ($71.00). The product is advertise for heavy chewers. The toy was destroyed by my Staffordshire Terrier within 20 minutes of giving it to him. The second toy is still in its packaging. They then said “As a gesture of our sincere apology, we would like to offer you a compensation of $10 to ensure that you do not return the product.” When I refused and asked for a refund they then said “Dear customer, Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the quality of the product. In consideration of the high shipping costs, we are willing to increase the compensation amount to $25.” I just want to return the products and get a refund!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
