Was stupidly pulled in by an insta ad showing a great way to brush your dog’s teeth. It’s a very cheap plastic vial filled with what appears to be water. It’s certainly making zero difference to my dog’s teeth. What a rip. Will I never learn….

Order and delivery rapid. The promised “indestructible” dog chew toy is a complete scam. My puppy had the ears off in 10 minutes. In 24 hours both of the bears I ordered had been shredded. Squeaker out. Stuffing I’ll over the house. Customer service went silent after I asked about claiming on the guarantee.

Disappointed with LettucePets.com Product I ordered a product from LettucePets.com, thinking it was the original FurCobra. However, when the product arrived, I immediately realized it was a cheap knockoff. The product was clearly made from poor-quality materials, and its functionality didn’t even come close to the original FurCobra. Using the fake product also felt unsafe as it seemed unreliable and poorly finished. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and feel completely scammed. I want to warn others: do not buy from LettucePets.com if you’re looking for a genuine and safe product. Purchase the original FurCobra only from authorized sellers – it’s a high-quality, reliable product, unlike this counterfeit.

This company is fake! Do not order or give these crooks your money. The product never arrives and they refuse to refund your money or resend items.

Fake website. stay clear from it. Ordered dog dental gel, they never delivered, when I chased up they said the item was delivered, but didn't say where and guided to call a random number that doesn't exist. Gladly I paid with PayPal, so they refunded me my money.

Ordered light up ball and when it arrived the charging point was broken, made contact and sent pictures to show it was broken (either in transit or before it was dispatched) and offered another one. Second one arrived and it also doesn't work, contacted and asked for a refund to which they offered $10 which is way below what I paid for it in pounds, told to return the item but no address given and postage will be as expensive as the item, asked if they will pay for postage and no reply in a month. Disgraceful company who should hang their heads in shame.

Do not buy from this company, I never received my product, and they have ignored every attempt I’ve made to contact them!
