Superior Customer Service
When I contacted Lensmart customer service with the issue with my glasses (the arm of the frame becoming so loose that I couldn't wear them, they were quick to help me resolve the problem. I truly appreciate this and will continue to order from them. The quality is amazing.

First time shopper, and will definitely be a second time shopper
Over all I had a really smooth experience with lensmart. I was happy when my glasses arrived and they matched exactly what was shown online, since it was my first time ordering from them I wasn’t sure how the quality would be, but I’m really happy I got them, I got two pairs with my prescription in them and they fit really nicely, the frames are very lightweight and don’t leave any marks on my nose from where they sit which I love. Overall a great and smooth experience in my opinion.

I love the variety in frame!
I love the variety in frames they offer, the frames are sturdy and high quality, comfortable to wear and extremely clear! The clarity was the best part for me - they nailed my prescription!
