I ordered 2 different pairs of glasses . The glasses themselves were of good quality BUT ...the pictures did not match the glasses. First pair (Izaiah) was supposed to be blue and green ...turned out very dark. Second pair Zaid) had SPARKLES on them ...NOT at all in the description or in pics. Returns are a nightmare because of only emails no person to talk to. All in all ...would NOT try them again

Paid nearly $300.00 then waited a month. Checked messages on website regarding delay ...kept it under transit. Found out it was shipped via 3rd party. They never delivered (however it got to my zip code local post office?) since Lensmart did not provide a re turn address and the box would not be sent back to sender it went to Atlanta Msil Recovery Center which has no public access! Thus it will be sold on gov.com or trashed! Basically the irresponsibility of the company and its delivery service lack of basic mailing procedure/insurance was zero. And no return address? Come on! They got the money. I never got the product.*** As of Oct. 1st, 2026 They claimed it arrived on Sept 26 (agian) saying for me to verify my mail. Yep, still no product, no refund. The website shows despite my address being found perfectly last time, now they send it to multiple post offices that eventually state it ends up at our Longwood post office (supposedly) yet, still NOTHING. And they got my phone number by pressure tactics.

Absolutely — here’s the revised version with that point made strongly: I’m extremely disappointed that my prescription appears to have been made incorrectly. While I appreciate that the delivery was fast and the frames themselves are perfect, the glasses are causing significant eye strain and headaches, and I simply cannot see properly when wearing them normally. The only way I can see clearly is by flipping the glasses upside down, which is extremely frustrating and clearly indicates that something is wrong. What makes this even more disappointing is that I uploaded a clear picture of my prescription when placing the order, so there is no way I could have entered the prescription incorrectly myself. I provided the exact information needed, yet the glasses I received are not usable as intended. I paid for prescription glasses that I should be able to wear comfortably and see clearly through, so at this point I honestly feel scammed and very let down by the service. I would like this issue resolved as soon as possible.

While I was excited to receive some beautiful glasses at exceptional prices I have discovered that it truly is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. After discovering an error on my part and paying additional funds for corrected lenses, I received incorrect lenses as a replacement. When I took the error to their customer service team (based out of China-leaving a 12 hour communication delay) I have only received push back after push back on having the products remedied. They are not owning up to their part and admitting that they sent me incorrect prescription lenses. They are a nightmare to deal with and I would leave a ZERO star rating if I could. Do Not purchase through them. They are terrible. It’s sad that a negative review prompted your attention to my issue. I appreciate the fact that you HAVE responded to me concern and are attempting to resolve it. Only When I receive my new lenses, and ensure they are correct, will I reassess my review.

I have ordered from similar companies and never had an issue. I ordered from Lensmart , 2 pairs, same frames, Sames prescription. Only difference is one pair had a tint. This pair prescription is off and not wearable. There is NO fix for their mistake , without me paying more money. The process has been drawn out and there responses have been to ask for just one more thing. Never a solution. I will not order from this company again. Zeelool, Zenni, wherelight, Clearly are all better options.

A lot of time lost and hassles with Lensmart. Intermittent errors with their charges, sometimes inaccurate frame color - after I triple checked myself prior to ordering, endless back and forth emails and dishonest about refund policies. Inaccurate frame width on some of the frames. Ingenuine about their policies - simply not worth the enticing cute frames/low costs.

Don't expect regular sunglasses. These come with photochromic lenses instead, and their performance in sunlight is very weak. They hardly get dark at all. I'm disappointed because the description is misleading. Also their website doesn't allow you to leave negative feedback

May be very cheap and stylish but be very careful about the size you find that the medium is actually small and then you have to pay for the returns which cost an arm and a leg in South Africa compared to how much you will get for the refund. Be careful it's like a all or nothing type of thing. I blame myself for not reading the refund policy but come on it's like saying if you want to return something to shein you must pay for the return. Imagine how much that would cost you? I did use the photo fitting filter and it looked fine I can upload the photo and they had the same measurements as my old glasses but it didn't fit me
