Lensmart review
I recently purchased from Lensmart, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The quality of their eyewear is amazing-sturdy, stylish, and well-crafted. Despite the high quality, the pricing is incredibly reasonable, making it a fantastic option for those looking for stylish glasses without breaking the bank. Shipping took about two weeks, which is fairly standard for online eyewear retailers. While it requires a bit of patience, the wait was absolutely worth it. Overall, I would most definitely recommend Lensmart to anyone looking for affordable yet high-quality glasses. I'll definitely be shopping with them again!

Not impressed at all. Shopping elsewhere
What's the point of making points if using them only gets you glasses for the same price as the ones I already ordered. I'm raking in points per purchase but not for free glasses or lenses. My last order will be my last order with lensmart. Many of our glasses have came flawed. I pay for express shipping but I still wait the same time as regular. There are NO perks of using lensmart

Sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience. Regarding points, you can redeem your favorite products in the points mall in your account. In the points mall, you can use points to buy frames at a lower price, or you can use points to redeem coupons. May I ask if you have not used them successfully? If you don’t understand how to use points, you can contact our customer service and we will answer you. Lensmart offers a 365-day warranty (warranty will be determined by the date of the parcel signed) covering clear defects in material and workmanship. If the glasses you received are defective, you can contact us. Regarding your order, we have urged you, thank you for your patience! If you have any questions, welcome to contact our customer service and we will do our best to solve it for you! Thank you very much understanding~

Good customer service.
I really appreciate the communication with Lensmartonline. They are quick to answer your questions. They offer a wide selection of frames. The glasses are well made. I ordered a total of three pair. I will order again.

I love Lensmart
I love Lensmart! Always great products and wonderful customer service! Recently I ordered 4 pairs. Unfortunately due to a clerical error at the post office my order wasn’t delivered to my home, causing the package to be sent back to Lensmart. The customer service representatives have been so helpful and were able to get my order re made and are getting it sent back to me asap! Thanks!!
