I had ordered a pair of prescription glasses and the came in the alloted time and were great. The arm fell off but reaching out to them gave me a positive experience. They are working to replace my glasses. I have confidence that they will continue to be a great company and fulfill my replacement glasses. I love their prices and their customer service as much as I love my glasses. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I express my disappointment with the glasses I received from Lensmart. I placed my order on January 18th and received my glasses approximately two days ago. Upon inspecting them, I noticed that the lenses do not sit correctly in the frame, which is causing significant concern. I promptly sent the requested pictures showing the issue, yet their team is now stating that the problem is due to my progressive prescription. This explanation does not resolve the matter, as I feel the lenses are improperly fitted, and if I wear them may result in further damage, including lenses falling out or leaving marks on my face. In addition to the lens issue, I am also dissatisfied with the poor shipping experience. The overall service and communication the Lensmart team regarding my return have been subpar, with delays and unclear responses regarding my request for a full refund. This was the worst online experience, at this time I'm going to donate the glasses and purchase glasses from a more reputable company a waste of money! A one-star review is too much,cheap lenses and frames. I've been wearing glasses and contact lenses for years. Extremely poor craftsmanship.with no accountability!

The glasses were gorgeous! I got a great deal on 2 pairs of glasses! My eye doctor wanted over $400 dollars for one pair, and I got 2 pairs at a fraction of that cost. They came in sooner than my eye doctor in California. I will be ordering more for myself and my family. Thank you so much!

Do NOT order glasses from Lensmart! I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on 12/1/2024, as of 2/9/25 I have not received product. I have contacted Customer Service on multiple occasions and receive the same shipping information each time. Last shipping update was on 1/4/25. I have asked for a Full refund twice now and request has been ignored. I found a phone number linked to Lensmart and it's no longer in service, worst Customer service I have ever had to deal with. There is absolutely no excuse to wait 2+ months for glasses. Update: Finally received my glasses after 2 1/2 months of contacting Customer service multiple times. They did have to remake both pairs of glasses. One pair I love the other pair are too tight behind my ears, I will not bother to return because who knows how long it would take to return. I wish I could give a better review but when the company asked me to take down my negative review, that was it for me. I will never order from Lensmart again.
