Great Style and Quality
I’m really happy with my glasses from Lensmart. The frames are stylish, comfortable, and look just like they did online. I also really liked that I could get prescription lenses, which made the whole process easy. I’ve already been wearing them regularly and have gotten compliments on them. Great selection and really nice quality for the price.

Surprisingly great quality
Surprisingly great quality, lots of styles and colors to choose from, very nice stuff/ fast costumer service. Had no problem with my order. Lenses are also good quality, even though my prescription is very unique (my two eyes have different values) but they could set it for me perfectly fine. Overall a great experience, I finally have more glasses, not just one boring one, would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend
Very affordable alternative to typical optometrist stores. I got two pairs of glasses - one metal frame and one tortoise-shell, both prescription, and they have been absolutely perfect! Very sturdy frames, and very comfortable wear! I will definitely be back and buying more!

So happy, can’t wait for my new glasses!
I’m so happy with my experience with Lensmart! Their customer service is incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive, with truly outstanding communication. I’ve ordered from them before, and the glasses are also excellent quality. I’ve been wearing my previous pair for almost a year and they are still in perfect condition. Highly recommend Lensmart! ❤️

I bought a pair of glasses from their reduced cost range abd ordered the photochromic lense. They sent me prescription sun glasses. I complained they told me they couldnt refund due to it being a pair from their reduced range and gave me a discount to buy a new pair. I bought a new pair from their reduced range and I ordered again prescription photochromic and this time was sent a pair of normal lense prescription glasses. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ALL RUBBISH.
Response from LensmartAug 14, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are sorry to learn that there seems to be an issue with your lenses. We are more than willing to assist you in resolving this problem. Please note that Photochromic lenses are designed to change color based on the intensity of ultraviolet (UV) rays, not the light intensity. This means that the lenses will darken more with stronger UV rays. To help us better understand the issue, we kindly request that you test the lenses under strong sunlight. Specifically, can you record a video showing the lens' reaction with the glasses in direct sunlight without any obstructions? If we confirm that there is a problem with the lens, we can remake it for you free of charge or give you a full refund.
