Lensmart team changed my prescription…
Lensmart team changed my prescription for free and the process was very smooth and assuring, they made me feel at ease instead of panic mode, i don't think I consider purchasing my glasses anywhere else besides lensmart.

Took a little while to get the glasses… but good product
Took a little while to get the glasses and the shipping tracking was a bit delayed but the glasses showed up and seem to be great, the customer service was also great

Wrong lenses, no refund
Sent me the wrong lenses and wouldn’t allow me to return them as they were discounted like every other pair in their website. Seems like a scam to me Edit re response-also have contacted them again as their response suggested and been told i have to pay for them to change the lenses that they got wrong. The prescription I put in has been checked and is 100 correct. I should not have to pay for their error

Thank You Lensmart
I accidentally put in the wrong address on my order. The post office sent my glasses back and when I realized it I contacted Lensmart Customer service chat services and they now have me a new order coming I will definitely be ordering from them again.
