I ordered my glasses from lensmart beginning of January 2026 and I've been tracking the order, it says "client received" and I did not receive my order a lot of people are complaining about this issue and my address isn't the problem because even companies from abroad send packages without fail and I always receive my orders. REFUND ME MY MONEY OR DELIVER MY ORDER!!! My response to your reply is that My ADDRESS IS NOT THE POST OFFICE IF IS A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS MY HOME Address, we hardly use post offices for packages and I would never use a post office for orders because there's nothing wrong with my address. REFUND ME MY MONEY BEFORE I BLOW YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA!! IT HURTS TO BE SCAMMED BY YOU. YOU PRETEND TO BE A SOUTH AFRICAN BRANCH OR FRANCHISE WHILE YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT WE DO NOT USE POST OFFICES FOR DELIVERIES WHAT A SHAME. I WANT MY MONEY

My order says it was delivered but I haven't received it. I wasnt made aware that a worry free delivery meant I can't get a replacement or refunded for my order if I don't report it within 14 days. I'm not happy about this because they are taking people hard earned money regardless if they get their products or not. I will never order from lensmart again. I will be report it them to the Better Business Bureau. They are scammers

I was looking for some modern trendy glasses and the prices in the UK retail shops were in excess of £200. I came across LENSMART by doing a search and read the many favourable reviews so thought I would give them a try They have great modern designs and for a fraction of the price retail charge so I ordered. Shipping took about 10 days to arrive which is acceptable and the glasses I received were fantastic, prescription was correct, and they look better than anything I had seen in the shops. Wore them to work and was complimented all day. I have since reordered many more different glasses for the fraction of the price of one pair from UK retail stores. Highly recommend Store. 5 Stars.
