One order never showed up it took 2 months to get the shipping insurance to give my money back...then another order wasn't being shipped they said 3 to 5 days but 20 days later still not shipped and when I wanted my money back they only gave me 90%. That took over a week.. I'll never order from them again.

I have a really great experience with the company. I changed my mind about one of their glasses, and they changed it for me immediately. I already have one glass, and it is perfect for me. I will absolutely buy more in the future.

This company is great to work with. I made a typing error and they caught it, emailed me immediately and had been very helpful and responsive. The glasses I receive are progressive and I love that they have no lines! Not easy being in progressives at a young age but grateful this company has the products they do at an extremely reasonable price!!
