I had made an error on my script. The Facebook chat team swiftly assisted me with returning the glasses to lensmart to be fixed. I got the glasses back within 3 weeks, and in between the process I was provided with feedback and the whereabouts of my glasses. I'm happy with the spectacles, I can see clearly, they are thick and the frames are beautiful.
