So after an order two pair of glasses, I tried to ask the company to charge me more to combined both of the prescriptions in expedite and when I say that I mean, pay extra to have them made quicker and to have them shipped. So they will only answer one email at a time one question. So after at least 10 emails, they asked me to give them a five star review and they would give me 30% off. Another pair of glasses. So I gave us five star review when I probably shouldn't have because it was not the most honest thing I've ever done in my life for the 30% off. Now the company has completely ghosted me and will not answer even one question on one email. I also got on their website logged into my account and it doesn't even show the two pair of glasses that I ordered and paid for being processed. So I don't know if they have just taken my money and are not processing. Like I said they're not answering emails. Lensmart frames are some of my favorite. The lenses are not as good as Zenni. But not showing that I even have an order processing. Not having a tracking number. I mean, do I go to my bank and dispute the charge? I just have no idea why ordering something should be such a headache. Should be this stressful. Should take up so much of my life. By the way after the fake five star review for the 30% off coupon. The website would not recognize the 30% off code that they gave me.
