My old prescription and address was still on my account. I had thought I changed it but I sadly didn’t. I was able to message them and ask for them to be able to change my address and script to the correct one. Thank God they were able to help. The whole process was pretty easy. And they were so kind about it. I’ve always used Lensmart and rave about it when people ask about good cheap reliable glasses 😊
