My name is crystal and I'm writing this review about LENSMART. I WANT to give them a 5- star rating . Here's why ..first off their customer service skills are fantastic! Their communication with their customers is on point . They are very quick to respond to any and/ or all questions I've had regarding my order. I did have a minor issue with the frames I chosen. I let them know about it and they resolved my issue so quickly . They came up with a solution that didn't cost me anything . The best part was they sent me a brand new set of glasses . This is one company that truly appreciates their customers and the business that comes along with it . They've gone above and beyond to make things right . They were very professional and I will be referring LENSMART to all my friends and family !!! They've got cute frames that are super affordable and especially if your on a budget like me . I’ve just placed my second order with Lensmart. Without knowing I made an error on my prescription for one of the pairs of glasses. Thankfully Lensmart caught the mistake and emailed me confirming my prescription and my order. They were so great throughout and keep in communication confirming everything to make sure my order was received and completed correctly! I was so happy with my glasses with my first order that I placed a second order not long after. I’ve recommended Lensmart not only for the quality in glasses but the attention to detail and the professional communication to ensure their customers receive their glasses correctly!

The site is super easy to use and they got my prescription SO right!! I loved everything about my experience and will definitely be doing it again. The quality is also EVERYTHING and so so much more!

J'ai commandé deux paires de lunettes avec deux ordonnances différentes, les deux paires sont arrivées avec la même correction après un mois d'attente, je suis d'autant plus déçue que les lunettes ont été livrées sans aucune information - impossible de contacter un service client. Je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience c'est sur et je ne recommande surement pas

Lensmart's delivery process was seamless and simple, and the constant communication from the company was much appreciated. I am very pleased with my glasses, specifically with their protective casing and small glasses cleaners. These additions is just what makes ordering from Lensmart that much better.
