Glasses are great options, customer service is good. I just wish I would've liked the service to be more available instead of just overnight.

Avoid! Glasses came and I couldn't see with them, despite sending a copy of actual prescription. Wouldn't offer a full refund and wanted me to return at my own cost of £12 postage. Lots of emails to and throw and they then wanted me to send a video of the optician confirming the lenses weren't as per prescription! Gave up in the end! £50 down the drain!!!

This is a very unethical company and operates from 4:30 pm pst until 1:30 am pst. Mailed them 5-6 times after paying for frames only for an eta of shipment. I received no communication for three weeks. Once shipped I have received the same email daily with tracking link. They order from China and tell you nothing. I had a really positive experience with Lensmart. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process – every time I had a question or exchanged messages with the team, they responded incredibly quickly and were always helpful. The only thing that took a little longer than expected was the shipping, but once my glasses arrived, I was really happy with them. Both pairs are beautiful, comfortable and feel well made. I especially love the Giovanny frames with the magnetic sunglasses clip-on – it’s such a clever and practical feature – and the Joanna sunglasses are stylish and very comfortable to wear. Overall, apart from the longer delivery time, my experience has been great and I’m very happy with both the products and the communication. I would happily recommend Lensmart. ✨

I honestly can say this company's customer service is on point and not forgetting their products. Being at different ends of the geographic globe (me: South Africa)and yet such efficient services. I actually placed my 2nd order today. Previous order in August 2026.
