The two frames in your original order were priced at $9.95 each, while the replacement frames you selected were $14.95 each; therefore, you were required to pay the price difference between them. Regarding your order, the £27 figure you mentioned included the cost of lenses and shipping, whereas the amount we calculated for the exchange covered only the difference in frame prices. Since you declined the exchange, we have processed a return and refund for you and provided the return address. If you still wish to proceed with the return, please send the glasses back following our return instructions. Thank you for your cooperation.
