Super happy with these eyeglasses! They’re comfortable, lightweight, and look great. The fit was just right, and the quality feels solid for everyday wear. Definitely a great buy! Customer service was helpful

Love my glasses
Love my glasses, I bought x2 pairs. I’m so pleased with them. So much more affordably, instead of going to a mainstream optometrist.

Not ultra-thin lenses
I've been wearing ultra-thin Italian-made lenses for 30 years, and I can recognize them. They sent me lenses that were 6/7 mm thick! Even though I paid for super-thin 1.74 thin glasses, they arrived so thick they overflowed the frame itself! Returns are difficult given the 30% cost of the lenses plus shipping that they charge, making a return impossible. I have to buymore lenses at my own expense and have not received a single cent refund. Remove the Ultra-Thin service from the site!!!

We apologize for the inconvenience. The lenses were made according to the specifications in your order. Due to the strength of your prescription, even the highest refractive index lenses will have a certain thickness. Regarding your dissatisfaction with the product, we have processed your return as requested. The refund amount and shipping costs are clearly stated in our return and exchange policy on our website. We have never refused to process returns and refunds. After we provided you with a return address, you contacted us to indicate you wanted to keep the order. Unfortunately, we need to receive the returned goods before we can process your refund. If you want to keep the order and not return it, how can we process your refund? For more information on our return and exchange policy, please click here: https://www.lensmartonline.com/about/return-policy/ Thank you for your understanding.

So far, so good.
So far, so good. So far, I've only had a great experience with Lensmart despite a damaged frame on 1 pair of the 2 I have ordered. They have agreed to replace the frame, customer service was quick, polite and professional. Have to say I was a bit wary of using Lensmart after reading some reviews, but honestly as long as the service continues as it is, then I have no hesitation in 100% recommending this company. Plus, I have to say the variation in style and colour of the frames available, and the choice of lenses, is fantastic, and all work out at a fraction of high street prices. Remember, if you are still concerned, they have 30 day warranty, and great customer service 👍.
