We apologize, we know you uploaded your prescription data, but you purchased distance lenses. We made the lenses based on the prescription data required for the type of lens you purchased. Distance lenses are for distance vision and cannot be added as an add-on. After receiving the lenses, you contacted us saying you wanted reading glasses. Because you bought the wrong type of lens, we can remake the lenses for you, but you will need to pay for the new lenses. We explained this to you several times, but you still didn't understand and wanted to return the goods. We respected your wishes and processed your return, providing a return address, but we haven't received the returned goods. If you want the lenses remade, we can offer you a 20% discount on the new lenses. If you want to return the goods, please send them back to the return address we provided.
