Velmi oceňuji rychlé a vstřícné vyřízení reklamace. Komunikace byla bezproblémová a zákaznický servis reagoval rychle. Celkově velmi dobrá zkušenost, jak s dodáním brýlí, tak i s jejich reklamací.

Got an email to write a review to get 30% off, mind you my glasses haven’t been delivered. I think I made a grave mistake ordering from them. I should’ve stuck with ZEELOOL cuz this is beginning to look like a scam, I mean how am I supposed to post a review when I’m yet to receive the package. I can’t even track the order because it hasn’t been dispatched for over a week now. I decided to check them out on Reddit and I just confirmed my worst fears, they are shady, delivery times are slower than advertised and lenses are mostly wrong. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
