I received a crooked pair of glasses and when I contacted customer service they were kind enough to send me a link on how to fix them , after watching the video on how to do it , I was very reluctant to put to much pressure to straighten them out because it felt as if I was going to snap the arm off. After that , they were kind enough and agreed to replace the glasses for me. Then I thought I should try again one more time before they went through all the trouble and cost of remaking and resending a new pair to me , so I watched the video again and very carefully placed a little more pressure on the crooked arm , and with a few more bends and twists it actually straightened out, I’m happy to say the second time worked 🤯😁 Now I’m thrilled with my new glasses 🤓 I have ordered many subscription glasses from Lensmart and wouldn’t think of buying from any other. Their glasses are very affordable, of great quality and so stylish to fit anyone’s needs and personality 😎 I definitely without a doubt will be ordering more glasses in the future. Hice un pedido y cuando me llegó vi que me había llegado un pedido que no era el mío. Escribí de inmediato a la tienda y también a la agencia de logística seel y me he tirado como un mes intentado que me diesen una solución porque lo único que hacían era pasarse la bola entre ellos y ninguno asumía el error. En resumen ahora dicen que se ha pasado el plazo porque ponía la incidencia mal ( he enviado muchos correos y en ninguno me han dado instrucciones de que tipo de incidencia tenia que poner) y ahora me quedo sin gafas y he perdido 67€ que no me van a devolver. El servicio de atención al cliente es muy lento eso tampoco ayuda.

Sokféle keretük van, jó áron. Személyre szabható szemüvegek. Volt, ami hibásan érkezett meg, de az ügyfélszolgálattal sikerült megbeszélnem emailben a problémát, csak elég türelmesnek kell lenni hozzá. :)
