Terrible customer services been trying…
Terrible customer services been trying to get a refund for over a month and every email they are offering £3 off my glasses if I continue with my order. They asked what fraction I wanted the glasses and I responded straight away with the fraction and they just kept sending the same message for a month completely ignoring my reply!

My issue was attended with patience so…
My issue was attended with patience so much patience. Things I could not understand about my eye test report were clearly explained for my understanding. Thus I was able to correct it and got thr right report from my optometrist. I have also received my glasses and love them. I would recommend to my friends to purchase your glasses

I was really nervous to buy…
I was really nervous to buy prescription glasses online but Lensmart made it really effortless. There were great tips and “how to” when it came to inputting the prescription and knowing bc exactly what I needed to look for on the frames. The frames are GREAT quality. I chose the Sahara frames and I’m so in love with the thickness, size and durability of them within these past few months I’ve had them. It helps they are also super cute and I get compliments on them ALL the time.

They live up to their guarantee
They live up to their guarantee, my glasses, arm broke, and they’re replacing the whole pair of glasses for me had no problem getting a hold of them. They text me back right away.
