Hoorrible. The lenses never arrived althought they said they did after 3 months of wating. No proof of delivery ever provided. I paid more for insurance but still i never got a refund or the glasses. Scam company.

Not only do I LOVE their glasses..but their customer service is top notch! Glasses are my everyday accessories to all of my outfits and I have ordered several pairs from here without any problems but the one time I did have an issue the customer service was awesome and helped me out quickly. I highly recommend this company for not just the product but the service. Sincerely, A customer for life.

I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses from Lensmart over the last 5 months and they are by far the best glasses I’ve ever owned. I have a very difficult prescription- with two very different eyes, and Lensmart has managed to create glasses specifically for my unique eyes while offering great deals with and a very well crafted product. They also made it easy to return a pair of glasses- They went over and above to make sure I was happy with the return process as well as with the new pair of glasses that I will receive. I highly recommend Lensmart for your next pair of glasses.
