I made an order and subsequently was notified the style had been discontinued. Immediately I was notified I needed to pick another frame regardless of price. I picked another frame and offered to pay the difference. They did not charge me anything! Customer service is first rate. I’ve been buying online glasses for many years and they beat everyone. PLEASE give these guys a shot. You will be thrilled.

Absolute scam. Sent me magnification lenses and have spent 2 weeks asking me to send videos of an optometrist measuring the lenses to prove I can’t see through them. They refuse to fix it or refund it. Absolute waste of money and breaching Australian consumer laws, which was my concern to start with. Frames are as described. Lenses are a scam. Customer service is a robot. Absolute waste of money.

We apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience. We made them according to the prescription data in the order. However, there are many factors that affect the wearing effect of glasses. If you need to adjust your lenses, we are willing to find out the cause of your blurred vision and provide you with a solution.Since you mentioned that the optometrist indicated there was an error in the manufacture of our lenses, we kindly request that you provide us with a video of the inspection for confirmation.Thank you very much for your understanding.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from Lensmart and they arrived after about a week. Very fast shipping! The quality is honestly great, the glasses feel sturdy but lightweight at the same time. Very fashionable and trendy frames as well! The prescription and sizing is exactly perfect. 😍
