Do not use! Ordered one pair on 5/6/26 and received them 6/16/26. Very slow. I received the correct frame ordered, however the right lens did not seem correct. I had my OD's office verify. Lensmart made the right lens incorrectly (left was fine). I immediately contacted Lensmart at their designated email to address for issues (cs@lensmartonline dot com). I repeatedly sent emails daily, detailing the issue. After 7 emails, I have received a response full of questions such as: "We perform a prescription check on all lenses before shipment. If you believe there is an error with the lenses, could you please provide a video showing the verification?" A VIDEO? Their website lists "Easy returns. Not the perfect fit? Enjoy simple returns within 30 days" I continue emailing asking simply to return the glasses for a full refund per their guarantee. Order ID 1720858 Email as of 6/29 from Lensmart customer service below. Keep in mind the return policy statement on their website states "EASY RETURNS Not the perfect fit? Enjoy simple returns within 30 days." "Dear Angela Johnson, We confirm receipt of your Email. Thank you for contacting us. We need to verify your prescription before providing a return address. Your prescription does not list a PD value, yet you entered "PD62" when placing the order. Where did this PD62 figure come from? We will provide the return address once the information is confirmed. The glasses were manufactured based on the data you provided, and we also perform a prescription check before shipping. There was no manufacturing error. Under our policy, a full refund is not available. If you believe there is a defect in the lenses we produced, you must provide proof for us to process the claim." I bought my spectacles in January and in June, the temple on one side broke. The response and assistance from the Lensmart team was so swift and helpful, their customer service absolutely exceeded my expectations. They offered to replace my spectacles ( with my prescription lenses) and ship them to me. I am a satisfied customer of theirs. I’m still waiting for them to arrive, but I’ll definitely come back with an updated review!
