EDIT TO SAY: THEY WOULD NOT APPROVE MY HONEST REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE. DO NOT purchase from this company. These glasses were TERRIBLY made. The lenses were visibly distorted and caused significant visual issues when worn. Lensmart REFUSED a full refund despite their supposed "30 day customer satisfaction policy". Instead, they only offered a partial refund and demanded that I return the glasses at my own expense, even though the defects were entirely their fault. To make matters worse, the company demanded that I see an optometrist and obtain evidence to prove that the lenses were faulty before they would properly address the issue. Over the course of two months during which I attempted to settle the issue with the merchant, they badgered me for video "proof" of the faultiness of the lenses. I sent them videos over and over, to which they would claim they "couldn't open", or ignored entirely. Keep in mind, their return policy clearly states that if you are dissatisfied, you can return for a FULL refund less the cost of shipping. That's all I wanted. But I was being made to feel like I had to provide evidence for a fault of THEIR doing. They refused to give me a full refund, and only offered a partial refund of the item, AND I had to pay for return shipping. All this nonsense DESPITE their 30 day full refund return policy. It was going to cost me less to just keep the rubbish they sent me. I had to open a dispute with Visa to get my money back, and I WON, because this disgusting company was infringing on my consumer rights under ACCC. Save your hard-earned money from this greedy "business". EDIT TO REPLY: I WAS HAPPY to return, you denied a full refund which is against your stated policy. I PROVIDED you with video evidence. I won the case with visa, so clearly I was in the right.

Great communication with the team and delivery of the product was incredibly efficient. I loved the glasses I purchased & would recommend to anyone needing prescription or non-prescription glasses in future.

The website is super comfortable to use and they have several styles for frames. Adding your prescription is super easy, my glasses are perfect for my eyes.

I received great service from one of your consultants, they were friendly, listened attentively to my complaint about the loose glasses and the matter was resolved swiftly and I've been offered a replacement. Lensmart is the best.

I made a mistake during my order and and picked the wrong colour. I emailed the customer service team and they responded very quickly. They amended my order according to my preference.
