I recently purchased a pair of glasses from Lensmart, and unfortunately, I experienced an issue where the wire holding the lenses snapped, causing the lens to fall out. Naturally, this was disappointing. However, I was very impressed with how Lensmart handled the situation. I contacted their customer service and provided pictures of the damage, and they responded promptly. They sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and have already started the process of replacing my glasses. While the product issue was frustrating, their responsive and professional customer service has given me confidence in the brand. I really appreciate how quickly they took responsibility and worked toward a solution. Overall, great customer service and support. I'm looking forward to receiving the replacement.

I ordered prescription glasses over a month ago. The package was lost by the courier, and dealing with Lensmart's customer service has been a total nightmare. They take 2 to 3 days just to reply to a single email. After weeks of back-and-forth, I provided a new shipping address as they requested. Their response? They claimed they 'arranged the reshipment' but immediately followed up saying the frames I ordered are out of stock. They have no inventory, no tracking number, and no real solution, yet they had the audacity to ask for a 5-star review! This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with medical prescription lenses. Thank goodness I paid for Seel Protection, because Lensmart's service is completely unreliable. Avoid this store. Order C26051410251525780

We did not say that the item you ordered was out of stock; it was simply that the stock was low, and we needed to contact our supply department to verify. Regarding the new tracking number, you will receive an email notification containing the new tracking number after the replacement order is completed and shipped. Which step did you have any questions about? We noticed that you contacted your insurance company to file a claim, and the insurance company has already reimbursed you for the amount of your order. Horrible customer service. I sent a Cancellation request within hours of placing an order (before it shipped). Instead of LensMart simply cancelling the order, they haggled me for days over email about my request until they ultimately stopped responding. As a result, I had to dispute the transaction with my bank. Now I'm dealing with this nonsense behind a simple order cancellation LensMart refused to fulfill. Very suspicious & untrustworthy business. Do NOT shop here!!
