Lasit tuntuvat todella laadukkailta! Molemmat lasit ovat minun omilla vahvuuksilla. Suosittelen lämpimästi Lensmartia! 🫶🏻

I bought a fab pair of prescription sunglasses a few months ago, they were perfect! The prescription was spot on and they were delivered in good time. Really happy with them. Unfortunately the frame split, I was so disappointed as I really liked them so I contacted Lensmart via Messenger. They genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful! They responded quickly and professionally and within a day they offered to replace them for me. What makes a company stand out for me is customer service and they have definitely done that. Would I use them again? 100% yes! Any worries I had about using an online glasses service have been allayed. Great glasses and great customer service.

I would like to highlight Lensmart’s outstanding customer service. I ordered four pairs of glasses to be shipped directly to Costa Rica. Unfortunately, due to an issue with the local postal service, the package could not be delivered and I never received my order. I contacted Lensmart’s customer support team, and from the very beginning they were kind, responsive, and professional. They replied promptly to my messages, carefully confirmed all the necessary information, and, without any hassle, arranged to send a replacement order. I am still waiting for the new glasses to arrive, but their customer service has already exceeded my expectations. It is very reassuring to buy from a company that truly stands behind its customers when unexpected issues arise. I highly recommend Lensmart for their excellent customer service, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
