Professionalism leaves something to be desired
It is customary among professional opticians to tighten the screws on the temples and spruce up the frame if they come across an old, loose eyeglass frame. It's always done as a courtesy and is a sign of professionalism. This was not done here. The lenses were put in as ordered, but the frame was returned as loose as it was. The bells and whistles of logoed eyeglass case and cloth were fairly useless. The temples remaining loose, the glasses fell off my shirt opening, where I placed them while shopping, after a couple of days without me ever noticing, and were lost forever. They should have been professionally tightened as part of the service. I am not saying that I blame the company for making me lose my sunglasses. What I am saying is that it is not staffed by professional, experienced opticians.

Hello Olga, I'm sorry you lost your frames! We do, in most cases tighten everything we can when we are processing your orders. If we were to offer you a free pair of frames (you would have to repurchase lenses), would you be willing to work with us again? If so, please give us a call and mention this review and we will find a frame that works for you. We have hundreds of experienced opticians at our lab and across the country and I'm sorry we weren't able to meet your expectations with this order.

I was very disappointed in the process
I was very disappointed in the process. First my glasses were lost in your facility and caused a delay, then the lenses were broken when installed, causing another delay. I still haven't received them.

Hello. I'm very sorry your order took longer than expected. We do have quality standards and ensuring that your lenses are completed to our rigorous quality standards is our #1 priority. Occasionally when you order add-ons such as anti-fog, we have to remake the lenses a few times to ensure perfection. I am sorry we overshot our delivery timeline on this order, but hope your lenses are perfect for you.
