Got shipment and my BOSE sun glasses are PERFECT! You did a GREAT job, where 5 other establishments would not/ could not do the task. I initially contacted the group recommended by BOSE on their own website, and after research on this group, I found not only terrible reviews by their clients, but has the WORST BBB rating I have ever seen. I think you need to partner with BOSE, as it would be a great fit and would generate more sales for both. Your group was easy to deal with and helpful and efficient in getting me exactly what I wanted.

quality at a fair price

I had a request to use my old broken glasses for some of the measurements needed to put some prescription sunglasses lens in some random frames i bought at an airport one day and it was so easy! Customer service was responsive and all I did was write a quick note to put in the box they sent me for shipping. Both glasses came back to me within a couple weeks and the sunglasses are fantastic - just what I wanted. Definitely recommend for custom lens solutions.

I think my eyeglass prescription is unusual and difficult, but Lens Factory did a great job. It is wonderful to be able to see clearly again. The cost was reasonable. I received my glasses back quicker than I expected. All in all, good work.
