Well, the prescription works, they seem to fit well into my former frame. the only subtraction I 'd give was no real invoice for the end of this transaction, The shipping box in the beginning ... didnt include some "form" where I could put the lens prescription...so I had to include it myself. his gave me grave doubts as to whether my prescription was going to be accurate, cause I didnt know if they read my handwriting accurately I ordered thin glass lenses with photochromic lenses...they work. The price for this was way cheaper than the usual HMO, but they included the frames...which I used here for this prescription, so thanks . maybe I buy another pair of glasses. so really 4.5 stars.

I wore my glasses for 1 day. At the end of the day, as I was just sitting. I heard a snap and the lens fell out into my lap. The frame snapped. I assume because the lens that was made for it was too big, and was forced into the frame.

I recently received an updated perscription for progessive lens and wanted to try LensFactory. 1. Because Costco won't fill a presciption unless you buy their frames. I wanted to keep my frames. 2. LenSFactory prices were ~20% less as compared to optomitrist pricing even after insurance! Thus allowwd me to use insurance on a secondary pair and 3. LensFactory had great reviews and no backlog of BBB cases like similar competitors. Overall, I was really impressed with LensFactory support team as they worked closely with me to get the lenses just right as we had to make a couple tweaks along the way. If I was able to avoid my specific optomitrist, which I'll never return to again, through online Rx I would have but the process is not allowed for 55 and over. I highly recommend LensFactory knowing that you'll receive a good product and they will work with you until satisfied

The process was fairly simple and cost effective to replace lenses in two pairs of glasses.

Great I just got these even though it was more then 12 Working days and I have to call to get it shipped . Hope fully in future iot would take less time
