The Company delivered as promised. It took great care of glasses which hold great sentimental value to me and the person who will receive them as a memento of a dear friend. The delivery system—to and from—worked well, even with the hiccup added by the USPS. Cost was very reasonable. Thank you for your work.

Messed up and delayed my order. Misplaced my original but claimed that I only sent in the frame with no lenses while I sent in whole glasses.

Prices and quality are great. I ordered the progressive high index lenses for half the price I would have had to pay from the online store from which I purchased my prescription glasses 3 years ago. Once LensFactory received my frames, I received them back from them with the new lenses in 11 days. They were carefully packaged and stored in a nice new eyeglasses case.

This is actually my second experience with Lens factory. My first experience had some real bumps in the road and they ended up graciously returning my lenses at no additional cost. I decided to approach them again because of their customer service and sent them my glasses. My completed work arrived a week or so ahead of schedule and the lenses were wonderful. I am adding that they refurbished my frames and return my original lenses and lens case as requested.
