LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

LensFactory did what I wanted - replaced my old prescription lenses with plano lenses for my frames at a fraction of the cost of LensCrafters or Plearl Vision.

Great customer service, great lens shop. Another online shop could not make my very high power trifocals, but Lens Factory made them on the first try. They made my wife's lenses perfectly too. What a great business.

I'm very pleased with my experience with the recent order of my prescription lenses from LensFactory. The process was clearly spelled out and easily followed. I was kept informed of the progress of the order and received my new lenses expertly installed in my old frames in a timely manner. The lenses are ground and finished perfectly. A great value.

Excellent turn around time and quality

I wish every business was like LensFactory. I sent in for some new lenses, some mixup left the reference frames in limbo - not only did LensFactory replace the missing frames, but they upgraded the lenses to transitions. Most importantly, they have the best customer service. Andrea was overwhelmingly kind and made sure the issue was resolved quickly. For as long as I have eyes, I’ll be trusting LensFactory.

I purchased progressive lenses. The installation was totally wrong. I cannot wear the glasses for more than a few minutes. I paid for high index lenses which I always wear but what I received clearly look thicker. ordinary lenses. $250 and time was wasted.

Compared to the mall stores the price was about 1/3 of what they charge. The ordering process was super-easy and I got my glasses back within two weeks. Best of all, the finished product is perfect. I will definitely be doing more business with LensFactory.

The service is excellent. Sadly through my own fault, the shade of lenses was too dark.
