I'm exceptionally pleased with LensFactory. They are very easy to work with and their prices are best in class. I'll use them again later this year when I change out the lenses in my second pair of eye glasses.

I had to return a pair of rimless glasses that did not fit after the new lenses were made. They were returned at no additional cost to me and new lenses were made and shipped back to me that were acceptable to me.

I am so happy that I took the time to research on line and found Lens Factory. My insurance had changed this year and no longer covered all the special features of the lenses I wear. It was going to cost $387 (and they told me that was cheap) for the lenses I needed. Lens Factory did it for less than 1/3 or that and they did an amazing job. I will never pay those high prices again for lenses. Thank You Lens Factory for offering such excellent service at such affordable prices.

I love the lenses! Since I don't wear eyeglasses often, I looked around for a better price than what my local stores are offering. High index lenses tend to be pricy. Lens Factory helped me save some money and trouble. Thank you! The reason why I don't give 5 stars is because of the craftsmanship. I sent in a brand new frame, but when I received my eyeglasses back, the frame had a little mishap in the front. It's not obvious, and since I don't wear my eyeglasses often, I'm not going to make a big fuss about it. 5 stars should mean perfection in everything. Would I use Lens Factory again? I don't know to be honest. While I love the lenses quality, I also don't want my frame to be ruin (especially if it's new). Dilemma dilemma! Everything else was wonderful: customer service, the mails, the updates. Overall, It was a good experience with Lens Factory.

My experience with the Lens Factory was very positive. I work mostly at my computer and have wanted a pair of computer distance prescription for some time now. Glasses arrived quickly and I am using them now. I used the return mail system for sending my glasses back and my only complaint would be that I could not tell if my frames made it to the factory (My mistake for not writing down the tracking number when I sent in).

First time ordering new lenses only--for Prada frames that were in near-new condition because I had started to need reading glasses shortly after I purchased them. I had a prescription but no retinal distance, and an email to customer service had a response overnight. Shipping was fast (bearing in mind the snow storms), including the easy to use return package. I forgot to send in a copy of my prescription, and another quick use of the LensFactory customer service sheet and I was able to scan and email my prescription directly to the rep, who acknowledged receipt. I really like that they let you know about where your lenses are in their process. I got my lenses tinted for sunglasses, and the oleophobic coating. Both are great and among the deepest tints I've had. Very pleased.
