I went looking for a company that would take care of my glasses without charging me an arm and a leg. Thank goodness I found Lensfactory. The site was easy to use and all of the instructions were laid out simply. When I had a question about my order I even have them a call and got a HUMAN response within 24 hours. My glasses fit just as well as if I had taken them to a store for less than half of the in-store price. Will definitely use in the future.

Lensfactory offers incredibly affordable prices and excellent customer service. Lenses that would have cost me over $200 through LensCrafters cost me right under $80 through Lensfactory. Given how much money I saved I cannot imagine using any other company to purchase lenses from. I originally contacted LensFactory to confirm that they could read my prescription off my old glasses, and was emailed back very quickly and offered a discount on my order. I was very impressed with how fast they responded and the personal service I received. I mailed my frames in myself on 1/30 and just received them back from LensFactory today (2/10). The work is incredibly professional and my frames look great. I am so happy with my purchase, and I can't think of any negative about my experience purchasing through LensFactory. I really had an awesome experience and paid a fraction of what I would in store. I had some amazing advice from the staff regarding my lens choices and if I should get anti-reflective coating or not. I even had one tell me that if the coating came off quickly or if I had any problems that they would work it out in the future, which was really comforting. The only thing to be mindful of is the time. I ordered the glasses online, then purchased the lenses shortly thereafter and all-in-all the process took a month and a half. You have to factor in all the shipping and processing, so if you are looking for glasses that you need immediately, this may not be the best for you. However, I literally got the SAME QUALITY as the pair I looked at in the store and the difference in price went from $700 (includes frames and lenses) to $170 (includes frames and lenses) by purchasing online. I would recommend utilizing the awesome staff, taking your time and being patient. Going the online route when you are sure and know what you want can seriously help you big time. If you are getting your first pair of glasses, this may not be for you, who knows.

LensFactory did such an amazing job on my glasses. Their delivery was very prompt (box to send the glasses as well as my glasses delivery). My glasses came back to me in one piece and in excellent condition!! I loved getting feedback from them every step of the way. I received my glasses the next day after the email was sent to me. The glassed turned out Great. I am very happy with them. Only concern was the amount of time it took to get the glassed back. I'd buy again and tell my friends. Which I have!

Great value and the perfect way to go if you don't need your glasses asap. The person I spoke with was very helpful and responsive. Very good experience all around, just took a little longer than expected based upon what the website said.
