I love the customer care I received. My glasses were damaged and they replaced them at no charge to me. I am so happy with these glasses-I like them better than the frames I sent in. I highly recommend this company-they have a much needed product.

Getting my bifocals placed accurately has always been a challenge but Lens Factory got them right the first time! Fast turn around, reasonably priced and quality product. Looking forward to enjoying my glasses!!!

I purchased 75 year old frames(new old stock) which I wanted new lenses for. After going through the drudgery of trying to find companies that would just do lenses without having to purchase their frames I had almost given up. I tried a local shop that said they could do it for $300. Luckily I found lens factory. They are reasonably priced and do great workmanship. They sent me a box, I shipped my frames to them and I had them in about two weeks. It was worth the wait. Lens Factory even sent a hardshell case back with my glasses. How cool is that! My experience with LensFactor was mostly positive. Their website is very easy to use, so ordering replacements was a snap. The only issue was that they use USPS and the box to send in my glasses was lost for nearly three weeks (this is USPS's fault, not LensFactory, but I prefer that vendors use UPS or FedEx). That said, their customer support team was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, I'd recommend LensFactory as a very good way to get replacement lenses.

Not only is it hard to find somebody to put new lenses in your old frames, it is more often than not prohibitively expensive. I also did not find one other site with anything close to good reviews until I found Lensfactory. The process was easy, relatively fast (when it comes to my eyesight I'd rather have a promise of quality over speed) and the price was better than I got anywhere. I received status updates regularly and in a couple of weeks the finished product and they are PERFECT! I would not hesitate to use Lensfactory again and I recommend them without reservation to anyone.

I've done this service before elsewhere, so i'll say that I have a familiarity with how things should work. these folks have figured it out: what stands out from the crowd is communication., mind you, as customers we expect, rather demand, that the service deliver a good, accurate product. that's the base line. otherwise complaints pretty much erase anything positive. these folks delivered. but what makes this experience memorable is their communication: they let me know what's happening every step of the way, from receipt to production schedules to an accurate time of receipt at my home. smart. I felt appreciated.

The lenses seem to be cut very accurately. One problem arose, which turned out to not be Lens Factory's fault. The USPS listed on the tracking that the shipment of the old glasses to Lens Factory had been refused and was being sent back. I sent a fairly irate email that evening demanding the charge to my card be reversed. They had that done before I got up the next morning. Turned out USPS actually delivered it to them, and they got it all straightened out. Their customer service was polite, helpful, and communicated very well throughout. I intend to order another set of lenses from them in a month or so.

I have ordered severa pairs of lenses from lensfactory. I like unique looking glasses So I buy frames on ebay and send them in so I can change things up to suit my mood and outfit. I have been happy with the lenses except for this last pair. I can't see out of the right one, which is pretty significant. But that wasn't the only thing. I have noticed when I get them back the frame is curved when it should be straight. No biggy! I can take them in and get them adjusted. This time my shiny blue Versaces were dull and scratched from the polishing in the frame I guess. They are no longer the shiny blue I loved when I bought them. I started looking more closely at other frames I sent in. My Mitsoo frames have a spot with the pink rubbed off on the bottom corner, and my fire engine red Miklis are scratched too. One pair had a broken chip on the edge melted back on. Okay for cheap frames maybe, but not my treasured expensive ones! Update: Down to 1 star. Mattie said they would replace the lenses in the last pair and try to polish them back to somewhat shiny. She said she would email me a shipping label. (That email said the case was resolved and would I like to leave a review. Really? Well here I am.) I figured that was the best I was going to get even though my pretty frames would probably never look like they did when I sent them in. So I said okay. I have not heard from her since. No shipping label. No nothing. They should probably stop asking me to write reviews. I would have anyway but....... Now I am truly done with lens factory. I just had to spend $70 to replace the frames with a pair that has a hairline scratch because that is the only pair like them that I could find. I think lensfactory should refund me the cost of the lenses and the money I had to spend to replace the frames they damaged. Somehow I doubt that I will even hear from them again considering I couldn't even get the shipping label. Beware! You might get your nice frames back looking not so nice!
